Overall it's a great place to work and the compensation and benefits are terrific! However you have hardly any home life with the amount of hours worked per week.

Not much besides the horrible work environment at plant one in Waupaca in every which way possible. Management sucks. White hats care on second shift but higher ups from that point on don’t. Vmms don’t do thier job. Just pushing for higher weight which in turn makes higher ups more money. Everything runs down hill. Not enough help.

This was once a renowned place to work many many years ago but unfortunately has succumb to what can only be described as modern corporate America. Management does not care about it's employees. Certain people in management are ruining entire departments because they can't be "wrong". There is a reason so many temp workers work at the Waupaca Foundry. It's because management is so incompetent and don't realize what the workers want or need despite being told how to fix the issues directly from workers. I would not recommend applying here unless you don't mind not having a life outside of work and want to be treated less than human. There is nothing competitive about their wages either. In fact the millroom there recently took a 20% pay cut due to an incompetent manager. They also discourage wage discussion which is against federal law.

The over all company had bad management. Placed the wrong people in jobs that they were not qualified for. Bad management. The company has been bought out three times. The ceo hated the company in the south. He didn’t like the south.

They pay decents. Management doesn't ever seem to have any idea of whats going on or what to do, but safety it true important so you aren't likely to die. 6/10 may recommend if needed work in the area
