Working at Wave Aquatics: 4 Reviews

Wave as a company does not support their employees. Over two years working there and not even a mention of a raise or appreciation. Safety is ignored and you put yourself at risk of liability just working here. I really wish I could rate lower than a one star. This place sucks. Work at any other pool.

Good culture, good people who are friendly and help one another. I've had very few negative work experiences in my time there, but I've made alot of good friends working there.

Terrible Aquatics Experience

Wave Aquatics has a very low reputation in the aquatics community. After working here, I see why. There is liability everywhere. Guards have a lack of training. Health code procedures are rarely followed. Staff is rude to customers and other staff. Overall a very bad experience.

If only zero stars were possible..

Mismanaged, discriminatory, and depressing. Legal liabilities lurking everywhere, very toxic work environment. Will work you like a dog and treat you with no respect or humanity.
