Our field technicians do work remotely within an assigned service area; however, it would not be practical to live 60 miles outside of that work area. Wave provides company vehicles to technicians required to drive on behalf of the company.

Answered by Wave Broadband

Was not employed as a Technician, am not in the know of such information.

Report answer

I meant as a Technician. I want to work here so bad, previous Comcast Tech, but I live in Eugene and I'm applying/interviewing for a Woodburn/Salem position. Would they allow me to use the company vehicle still to travel to and from home?

Report answer

Yes, a few times a month, preferential and obvious treatment given to employees, some are allowed to work remote and off shift more than others on the team.

Report answer

It is possible but they will make you jump through a lot of hoops to work remote, even though the call center is already over crowded and parking is very limited due to construction happening all around the building.
