I don’t have my interview with the area manager until Friday but I think it depends on the position applied for. I’m consiberly being hired as a manager off the street so I had 2 phone interviews with a recruiter from corporate that determined my eligibility for a final interview with the area manager. So I believe if you’re applying for a regular or non management job it’s alot quicker like most jobs.

I filled out my app on indeed. 2 weeks later, when i hadnt heard from them, i went into the store and spoke with the assistant manager. She was extremely kind & I recieved a call the next day for an interview. Interview was roughly 30 mins, very laid back. I was asked a few questions about how i would handle certain customer situations, asked about previous experience, and talked about scheduling & flexibility. I was hired on the spot & after my background check came back, I started working. Great conpany to work for!
