Everyone I worked for and with was nice and relaxed. However, management was in over their heads with changes. People were quitting, chefs being fired, and everyone was working more than they wanted. Tips were inconsistent and all the disorganization made serving, an already stressful job, even harder when we hard more tables than we could handle and kept running out of stuff we needed.

Waxy's was a great place to work. Finding out about the closing of the restaurant was an ordeal for staff as well as for guests. I'm very grateful to Waxy's for the knowledge, growth, and opportunities that they have provided for me.

money was nice management, was disrespectful and not a good balance of rewarding people that did their job to people that didnt. Management was unfair and didnt treat employees right at all. the worst.
