Training needs to be longer than just 2 weeks to cover, phones, chat, & emails!! They need to be on the same page when training their new employees as well!! Proper training materials would be great instead of having to write everything down!! Longer times for side by sides!!!

First you need to finish your 1 month of training. 2 weeks in the class room and 2 weeks on the floor. You have to meet the required internet speed and be hitting your metrics. Also be available to be at the office within an hr if your internet or power goes out.
