I think you guys should pay the furniture movers by how many pieces they move an hour. If the minimum is 14 pieces an hour and I move 28 I dont think I should be making the same amount of money an hour as the guy who barely moves 14 couches an hour. That would create a more competitive vibe on the floor and it would also give the supervisor a clue on who should stay or go. 10 guys moving 28 couches vs 20 guys moving 14 couches is less money the company has to spend on workers.
