Great organization, difficult place to work at
Junior Blind has done many amazing things for the community and kids in their care. Unfortunately they do not give their employees enough support or training to do their jobs well. Also unless you are at the management level or above, they do not give you the respect or pay you deserve. The pay for line staff and counselors is awful and makes it impossible - more ... to afford to live in Los Angeles. Most of my peers have to get second jobs just to make ends meet. Hey JBA, pay your staff more and maybe you'll have less turnover and happier employees! - less
