I agree with the answer below. The management is ill tempered here at the Decatur, Al Plant. The management is a joke and HR isn't any better. Wayne Farms would strive as a business if they would quit hiring people with records and convicted felons. Plain and simple. It seems as though normal law abiding citizens such as myself are the ones that are treated bad. Unless you're some kind of street thug you're not going to get respect from anyone here. In my opinion if a convicted felon was hired here I would fire them if I get one complaint about them being disrespectful. I wouldn't tolerate that.

I would focus on the employees more. Getting them to be more social. Thats the only thing really. Chicken is big business. It should be taken serious
