It not stressful
Parking, lots of paperwork requirement

Sometimes the bureaucracy can be slightly annoying, however I would be hard-pressed to actually call it "stressful". The University is large and has many different divisions and organizations, each with their own little sub-cultures. Working with these groups has always been great.
Not stressful. You are responsible for your own area. The job is not hard. At times it can be a little busy if one of your employees didn't show up for work. Then the work load doubles. You have many employees on FMLA, so some can abuse it which makes the work a little challenging, but overall, it's the best place to work. Great benefits, health insurance, free education, retirement plan, and union.
None that I can think of

Keeping up with the Chairman's busy academic and clinical practice, annual selection of program residents, late night meetings.
