Office Administration (Former Employee) – Kent, WA – August 5, 2018
Unless you are a favorite of management you’re unappreciated and or uncompensated for your hard work and long hours as a salaried employee unless you’re in sales. This company is a “good ol boys/girls club”, morale is very poor due to the many perks given to the elite group of employees.

Corporate needs to take a serious look at who they have in place in Management. The job knowledge and lack of leadership skills is completely lacking and top heavy. Why have a manager and supervisor for just a few people in each department? Unless you are a pet to them, there is absolutely no appreciation. WCP has the possibility to be a great company, but will never happen until changes are made from the top.
Human Resource & Payroll Administrator (Former Employee) – Kent, WA – June 29, 2018
This company is all about the bottom line. They talk a lot about the 'people' but in fact, the only people that really matter and are rewarded are those that bring in money. The departments that support the sales force get very little reward or recognition.
