Quality Control Inspector in Bolingbrook, IL
on April 13, 2022
I worked here 6 years left because I had a child that needed me home more often then not. I was able to move around and do different jobs. Not much to say need a job and don’t have much going on in the personal like then this is the place for you. On the flip side if there is a lot going on in the personal life then your more then likely to get fired due to points

Bad culture overall. Like walking on eggshells. Management has someone been worse since they restructured job titles. Things will never change there unless some outside help changes the dog eat dog culture
Quality Technician in Bolingbrook, IL

At first I was looking forward to work there. Then the daggers came out and everyone wanted to get you in the back when they seen the chance. My co-workers didn't care too much for quality. When I tried to correct to problem it turned into a bigger problem. Management did not seem to care too much about quality either. All in all I wish I never decided to work there

Very frugal with Military Discounts or any discounts for that matter, all this company does or cares about is profits it's a shame that this company are poor traits I can not know why this is a place anybody would want to work? Thanks for your time.

Overall is good place to work. Great perks, friendly team and offers work life balance. Some processes are a little dated for such a high tech company.
