Hiring took about 2 weeks. I had two interviews, one was at a job fair and the other was a follow up interview.

I was referred to Web.com by an employee. It took about 2 weeks for Web.com to contact me about the interview. After the interview, I was given my Hire Date, when I would come in for 4 weeks of training. After the initial training, I went through another week of training in my respective department.
