I would start by getting rid of the two sons that TRY and run the place and replace them with knowledgeable and empathetic managers. The best and most thriving companies in the world are the ones that treat their employees as their greatest asset. If Employees are happy they will make sure the customers are happy and if the customers are happy they will return. Yeah this is not the case with this company. So So Sad...
