Owners and Management. They are never on the same page.One day it’s this and the next day it’s that.Restaurant Managers play favorites to the point of making your shift unbearable if you aren’t one of their favorites. Sad.

Make sure you are honest about your availability and expectations of the job you are interviewing for. My experience was that they did not care about my scheduling limitations and kept telling me that they did not remember me telling them that in the interview. Actually better yet, make sure you attach your availability to your application or resume to protect yourself after you start the job.

I was proud back when the Father ran the place but not so much when his sons came in and started running things. Word gets around and people question you about the new Weber’s.
