The full and complete hiring process took a full three months. The hiring process included NUMEROUS types of tests- both on-line-and in-person, the testing occurred at various points in the hiring process, the first test was given during the initial job application process. There was a telephone interview, a one-on-one interview, immediately followed by a two-person panel interview--these two interviews took three hours! Lastly, there was, an interview with an Industrial Psychologist. there was also a drug screen and a two-part background check. All of this was BEFORE a job offer was given!
