Great News! WeConnect has begun giving Home Entertainment Specialists the option to be paid an hourly rate or a unit rate (paid per job completed). With both options, employees will continue to be compensated for time worked over 40 hours in a work week. Twice a year our company will offer an enrollment option where the Home Entertainment Specialists will have the opportunity to continue being paid their hourly rate or switch over to a unit pay system. This enrollment will continue on a bi-annual basis and Home Entertainment Specialists will have the option to switch between the two different payment methods during the scheduled enrollment periods. Prior to the enrollment period, management will be conducting performance evaluations which can warrant a merit-based pay increase.

The ' raise' will never bd in your favor, that is the legal term for management to TAKE portions of your pay and give himself a raise.
