I know you start off one week of training for installer. How often do you have upgrade training

As technology changes, we have to adapt to it which means training is very important in our line of work. All of our new employees begin training with a 4 day training class that combines in-class learning with hands-on experience. Once that is completed, they are routed into the field with a trainer where they can learn the job first hand. Additional training opportunities are also offered on an as needed basis for employees who may benefit from additional guidance in certain aspects of the position. Within the last year, WeConnect has also begun training with some of our new partnerships such as Vivint Smart Home (automated home security), NuvoH2O (citrus water softener), and Samsung Appliances. Training is an ongoing process and something that we know is never complete.

The only training you will receive after your initial hied training is a redundant verbatim lecture kids n Chip Falls if your sales are lower than quota they demand.
