Great News! WeConnect has begun giving Home Entertainment Specialists the option to be paid an hourly rate or a unit rate (paid per job completed). With both options, employees will continue to be compensated for time worked over 40 hours in a work week. Twice a year our company will offer an enrollment option where the Home Entertainment Specialists will have the opportunity to continue being paid their hourly rate or switch over to a unit pay system. This enrollment will continue on a bi-annual basis and Home Entertainment Specialists will have the option to switch between the two different payment methods during the scheduled enrollment periods.

Pay by the job. Depending on how big the job is, thats jow much you get paid. If managers dont like you, they will route you with hour drives between each job and not give you many jobs just to get you to quit.
