Not knowing as a part time employee how many hours you will get a week. Several times a year they get their hours cut drastically, some to only 10 hrs a week, when you normally had 26-32 hrs week. This makes it impossible to attain the benefits for Holiday pay/vacation pay for part timers which is 1200-1500 hrs a year. Wegmans thanks you for your hard work and making them one of the top 10 employers on Forbes and the the next week drops the axe on part time employees by cutting their hours . So much for your hard work!

Management needs more training on how to implement, they need to step in and actually work and stop overworking people in an already over worked environment. Be grateful more often and promote others to want to succeed and allow them to do so.

Double talk from management. They do not care what you want to do or where you want to go. Been in two different stores now and because they have trouble staffing the departments. They don't allow people to move up or even to a department they want to work in. They struggle. So, you're stuck. Like it or not. I see this happening to not only myself but several others.

Everything. If management isn't breathing down your neck then the customers are verbally abusing you and if neither of those are happening then you are probably worrying about completing your tasks and the tasks of the person who called off.
