The work environment is very busy fast pace environment your always rushed the managers are young & full of themselves due to Power struggles of being managers so they are super lazy & inconsiderate of other co workers & favoritism is rapid there so if you know the right people u can move up quickly even if you dont deserve the position

You never feel like your alone, there's always someone by your side willing to give you a hand if you need it. For the culture, I would say that Wegmans is very diverse, not just the employees but the store itself. The store carries food from all over the world, for example; the international isle and the old world cheese department.
