Vacilitators are lazy and don't do enough for what there paid? that's why theres no team work and all lines are not treated equal, green thinks there BETTER than every one. and pppl wine if they h don't get the perfect shoe would rather stand around POORSEST PLACE TO WORK

Its a hurry up and wait, it's a all day thing, co-workers always bumping into one and another, even one of the foremen tripped and fell . Logic would tell me that the management would have set one line up and made it run efficiently before they rushed to put in 3 lines. Now cant keep a steady flow of production.

No one is better than the other. It is a pitty if, everyone is separated, by their CLICK. Everyone is suppose to be a team player.

All the clocks are out of sync with the time clock, even after the plant manager sets them up herselfm So you line up for lunch or the end of the day ONE MINUTE early, and the plant manager throws a hissy fit. As if that extra minute would make a difference.
