I had no issues, usual work week 40 hours. Several were to busy talking and running from office to office gossiping so they ended up working a lot of overtime. Several employees complain about how awful their work load is and I though it was a joke. I found myself with a lot of free time on my hands although they do have you doing reports that are unnecessary.

Make sure you negotiate your salary. I was insulted with a 1.9% raise and found out from others I should have been happy with that, most received less. It really does not matter how much you know or how hard you work its all if you are liked. I have seen so many that work very hard and others that sit in the Director of Property Managements office for hours and do nothing and they are the ones that will grow with the company. Best of luck on this venture.

Weitzman does an annual review and will determine if raises will be given at that time.
