Weld-Fab Manufacturing Corporation is a custom manufacturer of sheet metal fabrications, along with machined parts and welding for other manufacturers. We are committed to consistently meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations for product quality, customer satisfaction and on-time delivery through continual improvement.

Established in 1990 Weld-Fab welded small repetitive weldments. Through the years Weld-Fab was able to invest in employees and equipment that allowed us to grow and service our customers.

In 2002 Weld-Fab took a large step from welding and tube processing to include fabrication of sheet-metal products. This has proven to be a great journey and doubled our company in size both in staff and facility. With this growth we were able to acquire more complex projects and add value while securing lasting business partnerships.

These relationships are the foundation that Weld-Fab stands on today. Looking at every opportunity with the same small shop mentality, while implementing large shop programs to improve the end product making everyone more profitable.

Our ability to adapt to the changing business climate has enabled Weld-Fab to lead the way in customer satisfaction. Weld-Fab Manufacturing Corporation is ISO 9001:2015 Certified, reflecting our commitment to top quality for all of our customers and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Alright company didn't feel it was a right fit
Company lacked a sense of team. Most of the time was spent figuring things out on my own. When mistakes were made finger point was the game played. Very little training/on boarding on during the start process.

Lies and Very Negative Work Environment
Do not work here unless you need an emergency job for a month or two or are desperate. This place LIES to you to get you in the door. There’s a ton of companies hiring for the same thing as weld fab and most if not all have to be better.
