Patient care needs to be their main focus rather than the mere dollar sign of cases, I saw patients going without an aide on a day to day basis. I worked there for over a year and never even heard of the CEO, not good business. The goal should be in improving patient care with leadership from supervisors who are ATTENTIVE to their employees, which you can witness they are not. Its great to be a "go-getter" type of company but not at the expense of your employees - stop chasing the dollar and work on the main focus of the company, patient care and satisfaction.
I think they didn't need anything done it was a nice place to work at..
