Getting customer jobs out the door with no help from others when it’s a very tight deadline. You’ll be told at noon that a unit needs to be done at the end of the day, yet it hasn’t even reached your work cell yet and still needs to be torn down, inspected, verified by management and the customer and then rebuilt and sent to the dyno. That’s a lot to ask for for an Eaton fuller transmission (especially in 5 hours!)If you don’t get it done you get scolded and told you didn’t work hard enough. Gets pretty old after a while.
