Was going through some changes

Organization was going through a lot of restructuring. Lack of an EMR made things difficult and oftentimes, clinical staff asked to play the role of UR. Longer-term clientele meant more in depth services but therapists expected to walk a thin line between therapist and advocating for payment and reimbursement for services. I truly enjoyed my time working here. Staff supported one another and upper management was easy to get in contact with if need be. Benefits were good.

They were like my second family

Even though I was let go due to extenuating circumstances, I hold no ill will against this company. The management always had my back and the therapists truly cared for the clients. I really miss working here and I only wish for the best for everyone there.

I would not recommend employment with this company.

In my two years with this company there is no support from management, no pay increases, little or no room for growth within the company. There is a lot of favoritism from management. I found coworkers to be neglectful of job duties, and there was no accountability.

Poor work culture

Facility executive Management was poor. Didn’t support all departments caused undo stress. Added more work to departments instead of correcting constant errors in the Admissions Office. Executive Management had no leadership.
