I got hired during the blitz interview process. I had a quick phone interview with the recruiter then I set up my face to face. I interviewed with one supervisor and she only asked about 2-3 questions. I received my offer 2 days later

No, the recruiters do not have access to your account. But when you get in, you must immediately bring it to positive, otherwise they cannot trust you with their financial services.
