I had a panel interview with 4 supervisors. The way you answerer the question will determine whether you get hired. I had a friend working there at the time so I was well prepared. Be confident but not cocky, be very friendly, definitely let them know how much research you have done about Wells Fargo, and how much you are looking forward to joining the team.

Wells Fargo uses the STAR interview method for the face to face, one on one interview that actually determines whether or not are hired. Before that, there is a a phone interview and possibly a group interview, especially for entry level positions. ⅞

The process is consistent. I've had my phone interview, face to face interview was very enlightening and precise. One day later I recieve a call from the recruiter for confirmation of the onboarding email which entails application, acceptance letter background check, fingerprinting. I start my training Sept 22, 2018. I so look forward to bigger and better adventure with Wells Fargo. I'm so excited. Thanks Hiring Team

Interview process for myself took about two months. They keep your questionnaire screening results for 1 year, i believe and use that to determine your eligibility. After that, a recruiter will email you to reach out about setting up a phone interview. Phone interview results are good for 6 months, so make it strong and great. After that- a branch manager or recruitment will reach out to you to set up a face to face interview(If you pass the phone interview). Once you have an amazing interview and leave a great impression as a candidate- it does take a while for recruitment to get back to you! but stay stronG!(I had to) and give them time! if it has been a very long time since you've heard from them, check your status online to see where you are or even call the branch and ask the manager if they have heard any updates. Following up with a recruiter is also a great idea. Don't be shy! YOU want this job? YOU have to reach out and see where you stand. After you get an offer, theres a background check and so on. Good luck !

The entire process took about 2 months from the time I applied to the time I was hired. I had a phone interview, a face to face interview with one manager and then a panel interview with 3 managers. Be confident and give detailed answers. Energy !

The first interview may be a phone interview.
Next, you may be scheduled for a group interview.
The final stage will be a one on one interview with the management at the potential location.
