Worked there for 2 years, never had a raise

Answered

This was a place that was disorganized at best. They pitch a good ideal of happy employees = happy patients, better productivity and that they welcome and encourage input. They wanted independent thinkers and passionate players...... except they didn’t. It was amazing the difference between the pitch and the reality. It would have been nice had the supervisor been less timid and unsure and reluctant to allow the job reach its full potential. It’s the only place I am aware of that chews you out for going above and beyond and actually help a patient. If you like regimented robotic no thinking required, constant flip flopping , supervisors who are outstanding reality fabricators.... then you’d like WellSpace.

My hours are really great. I come in at 6:30 and leave at 3:00pm. 1/2 hour lunches and from time to time there is overtime . Overtime is every 6 months or so or when the budget allows for it and approval is confirmed.

They do have a complete benefits package, however I found my medical coverage was actually not very good. I have had Kaiser for years and never paid more out of pocket than I did under their plan.

It was immediately and the company operates efficiently and professionally. That's in great part due to the leadership at the helm. I think more training for supervisors as the culture is to be understanding of our clients and at times our supervisors may get overwhelmed with their duties and have a lower tolerance for employees. Training in these areas is important so that the culture of caring is consistence with our day to day values.

Kind hearted firing squad. Actually, I was interviewed three managers all at once. The situation is intimidating, but they are trying to learn about you rather than trip you up.
