When I first started working for Wellspan they cared about their patients and staff That is certainly not the case now. Management is not hired on qualification but how well they talk the Wellspan talk They receive bonuses while staff gets low end raises Turnover is high for physicians and clinical staff Don't waste your time Apply at Geisinger or UPMC Pinnacle

Most disorganised place I've ever worked management likes things neat and tidy with everything in the same box but different practices need different things. Orientation is horrible they throw you into things very quickly so that they can get you up and running because staff turnover is so bad managers are under qualified and never present at the ground level processes are Cumbersome and employees are told that it's their fault that things don't get done avoid Wellspan like the plague

Those managers that are involved in the hiring process do so with difficulty They either are puppets to higher managers or really have no idea how to spot a qualified employe. They make decisions based on appearances and not qualifications and discrimination runs rampant They hire based on monetary vs quality of expierence Positions will be posted candidates will interview and then magically some one will be hired without the minimum education qualifications that were posted within that job posting Then the employees that have to work with these under qualified staff/managers

They don't seem to know what they want when hiring. Waste a LOT of time even when they have qualified applicants.
