When I first started working for Wellspan they cared about their patients and staff That is certainly not the case now. Management is not hired on qualification but how well they talk the Wellspan talk They receive bonuses while staff gets low end raises Turnover is high for physicians and clinical staff Don't waste your time Apply at Geisinger or UPMC Pinnacle

The lack of experienced management They make decisions handed down based on money and budget then staff is left to work understaffed then make you feel like you like it's your fault because you can't get the job done
