The only good thing sbout this company are the health benefits. The turnover in the phlebotomy/lab department is ridiculous lately. The prior manager was blatantly racist, mean, and unprofessional. She managed to make an employee who was there for 15 years, take a pay cut just to get out of the department. The work ratio is horrible since everyone is quitting. At times there is only 4 phlebotomist for the entire hospital. I am currently looking to get out as well after 16 years. Yearly raises are at best .35 cents. Wellspan is non profit, but the workers cant get a decent raise.
Work load is ridiculous with no compensation or appreciation.
