Working there was very unprofessional and unfair the management is horrible they don't care about they workers they don't recognize your hard work they are very lazy supervisors they are messy all they do is sit behind a desk and talk about the caregivers instead of leading by example they over work they workers by having them do two halls with only one worker they show favoritism to the coworkers the residents are amazing but the management is what makes this place a terrible place to work for
