Know going in that you are going to be a collector sitting in a call center. Horrible.

Run. Seriously, this company downsizes more often than a Weight Watchers support group. Most recent batch was August 2016. RIFFed several dozen positions. A lot of cutting for tenured admins, so they could replace with younger, cheaper versions when the time comes.

Fewer people, fewer resources, a lot of bureaucracy (it is a lawfirm, afterall). The only ones who really count - ever - are the attorneys because of their billable hours. Apparently, no other position drives revenue.

P.S. - Unless you prefer misguided leadership who only gives herself credit, extreme micromanagement, and attorneys who think the roles of marketing and admin assistant are one in the same, avoid any marketing job.
