fast food
its a typical fast food restaurant, very busy and fast paced, it is well composed but there is a pretty noticeable language barrier between staff, makes it kind of hard

60+ hour work week as a salaried manager - high stress - quartly audits - flexible schedule can easily trade shifts with coworkers which is a plus - need to commit to 60+ hours

Wendy’s was a ver hectic place to work at, management does not fully listen to your concerns sometimes they don’t even help you when it’s very busy. The work is okay

The management have no clue how to run a store. They throw anyone into a management position just so they do not have to work themselves. Absolutely no training.

Working there as a minor has its ups and downs. As you start the hours are small and once you start to get the hang of things you will be put onto the schedule more. Wendy’s can only put minors on for 3 hours a shift, so expect double or even triple shifts once they take a liking to you. Overall, this is a good place to start if your minor, but I wouldn’t stay longer than about 4 months.
