It's all depends on what position you apply for my favorite position is being on the grill making sure the meat stay fresh at all times make sure the fire's have salt on them making sure everything is ok before doing other things in the store like keeping all areas clean an clean up behind yourself before doing anything else
Videos. You watch videos but you're trained by other coworkers not managers.
