Accounts Receivable Clerk (Former Employee) – Appleton, WI – March 6, 2019
Managers favor employees and are very unprofessional. Very poor work environment. Employees focus more on drama than getting their work done. Managers also do not promote job advancement. Human resource employees are not helpful either
Company that doesn't provide proper training and coaching
Warehouse (Former Employee) – Pewaukee, WI – March 6, 2019
Werner seemed like a great company at the branch in Pewaukee WI. The managers in my opinion don't know how to run a company and provide proper training and coaching. The warehouse supervisor doesn't know the job, 100% depends on his two warehouse employees who have been there for years. Could never properly answer questions. Werner has a pay for performance bonus program. When I was hired on, no goals were given out and was thrown into the fire to learn everything, which I did. There were no clear goals or expectations set. I've never had a boss so confused about a role. Take a step back, and learn the job.
There is a lot of potential, please provide proper training and expectations to your employees.

can't say (Current Employee) – Wisconsin – April 14, 2017
Get place to work if you're part of the clique, otherwise not so good. Somewhat obsessed with laying blame rather than just solving the problem & moving on. Extremely cumbersome computer system with no training.
encourages you to spend money entertaining customers
Warehouse Worker (Current Employee) – Neenah, WI – March 21, 2017
Typical warehouse-type work that includes picking, packing, unloading trucks. Learned to use computers, acquired forklift certification. Management is looking to constantly improve practices. Family-owned company.
Credit Analyst (Former Employee) – Appleton, WI – March 20, 2017
Great company at the core - unfortunately, some unethical people have been given a bit too much power. HR is not helpful for the employee when it comes to any issues. Decent rates of pay, good benefits, affordable healthcare. Advancement in some departments is based on who kisses up the most. Lazy employees get enabled. The harder workers get the most work - of course. Be careful who you trust.
Delivery Driver (Former Employee) – Pewaukee, WI – March 16, 2017
Overall a decent company to work for. Daily duties and working conditions are good. Clean warehouse and office area, trucks are fairly well maintained, compensation is competitive within the industry. Workplace culture is good. Management could be better. Fairly inconsistent with enforcing established policies within the company. Performance reviews are annual and done in January only.
