A lot of favoritism and backstabbing. Managed by the shareholders. The harder you work the more work you get. Set up for failure. Did I mention favoritism.

Will always keep my workers happy and motivated to come and work everyday. A happy working environment is a good working environment.
What tips or advice would you give to someone interviewing at Wesco Aircraft?
With that being said HR is not onsite so management have the power to manipulate the HR department at will. So there is no winning even if your totally 100% correct.
