Popularity valued over work quality.

Company is mostly family, very hard to fit in with the group. Tasks and amount of work are not properly understood by management, making long hours and multiple problems the norm. Current staff is very much stuck using outdated methods, not willing to conform to new software. Fitting in and being friends with coworkers is valued over accurate work.

What a joke

They have people in charge of big electrical projects that are not even appreciates. You cant coach the younger people out without them running to the CEO and crying to him saying "they are getting picked on". Hardly any recognition and the company gets by with whatever they can behind OSHA's back. They have already been fined by OSHA and are still doing things the wrong way.
