Good luck trying to use a sick day or PTO! There is no such thing as self-care or using a mental health day when you work at Wesley! Pathetic! If you don't get your time off approved at least two weeks in advance, you are given a written warning.


I earned PTO every two weeks. I’m happy with it.


PTO is difficult to utilize and must be approved 2 weeks in advance and is often denied, in Family Based if your revenue/productivity is down you are flat out denied PTO. Unreasonable demands that make it hard to achieve a life/work balance. Emotional and physical burnout is common. PTO for sick time is also frowned upon.
