The working hours are extremely difficult. Many days you are working from morning until late at night. You have to be flexible to meet the needs of the family's schedules, which means mostly working evenings, nights and weekends.

Not flexible. You have to request time off at least two weeks in advance. If you have to suddenly take time off for an emergency or an ill child, you get written up each time, and this can cause you to get fired.
