I had current clearances and it took nearly two months to start working. I have no idea what the issue was, but I had to make many phone calls along the way. Many of these phone calls were never returned.
A few weeks. Depends on clearances if you’re hired for a direct position. Especially FBI clearance. PA takes a while now.

It took two months to get hired. The interview was very disorganized and management was not prepared. When I arrived for my interview, the person I was supposed to meet with was still out to lunch. My interview started two hours late and I was not pleased at all.
