PTO is difficult to utilize and must be approved 2 weeks in advance and is often denied, in Family Based if your revenue/productivity is down you are flat out denied PTO. Unreasonable demands that make it hard to achieve a life/work balance. Emotional and physical burnout is common. PTO for sick time is also frowned upon.

PTO is difficult to use. You have to get approval at least two weeks in advance. You are written up when you have to take time off suddenly due to a sick child.

PTO, 401k, health benefits (medical, dental, vision), lots of opportunities for advancement.
I have never had PTO denied and was never penalized for taking it (as per other reviewers-simply not true)
