Good luck trying to use a sick day or PTO! There is no such thing as self-care or using a mental health day when you work at Wesley! Pathetic! If you don't get your time off approved at least two weeks in advance, you are given a written warning.
It is hard to use your PTO time. You get written up if you have to take time off without scheduling it at least two weeks in advance. Not a family friendly company.
You start with 2 weeks a year. If sick you just call your supervisor. So they know your are home sick. If you call in sick and still want paid you use pto time. All sick and vacation are all together now as pto. I never had a problem or was penalized for it. Don’t know what these people are talking about. Maybe they did not have time left and still wanted paid.
You get all PTO. I think you start out with two weeks of PTO

We get PTO days, but good luck trying to use them. Only certain people (like upper management) can take off whenever for whatever. You are discouraged fro taking time off from work even when you are sick with the flu. Terrible policy!
