Good team of RN's and supportive staff. High deductible. Manager at the time was a good listener and good open door policy. not enough supportive staff and had high patient ratios on nights.

Hard work prevails until management has to take hard decisions due to healthcare finance condition. Revolving door for nurses due to burn out - same all over USA so can't blame one hospital or organization due to pandemic and nursing shortage. Very good sign on bonus.

Worse place to work. HCA Wesley only cares about profit, nothing else. You will be just another number here working with a skeleton crew. Wesley is known to be very short staffed the majority of the time. We’re talking so short staffed that nurses are taking two ventilated patients with a third patient on top of that. Not safe at all. Charge nurses are too busy doing paper work/audits/micromanaging to even help their staff. I wish I could give zero stars and tell you to avoid working here at all costs. But at this point in time, healthcare in general is going in a scary direction.

Health care in general is declining and at Wesley medical center the focus of the patient has gone away and the importance on paperwork has taken over.

Great place to work! Excellent support staff in the lab and ER. Security was always present, which is important working an off shift. The cafeteria food was beyond good. Sometimes, hospital food is not the best.
