West Bend is a great place to work. The campus is beautiful and includes a top of the line fitness center and cafeteria. Management encourages you to get certifications and then follows through with support giving you time off to study for the certifications, without taking PTO away. The employees are extremely friendly and it is easy to feel a sense of community. Salary is competitive and the benefit package is great.
