First is a telephone interview. If you pass that, within days you will meet face to face with a dept. manager. Passing that, you will be given a start date and begin the onboarding process.

The process was very unorganized I applied for a few positions the HR coordinator stated I fitted the lowest compensated one. I came in for an interview only for the hiring manager to review the resume and say I was definitely qualified for a manager role. I ended up meeting with the VP the interview was going well until it was time for her to get on a call. They could not verify if I had submitted for the higher position. I was shown the door and the very next day got an email saying I didnt get the lower paying position. The following Monday I got the email saying I didn't get the higher paying one either very condescending undertones and unorganized process. I take it as a sign I didn't have to work there

The interview was short and straight foward. By far the easiest I've ever had. First interview to get hired on the spot.

With West and Alorica the interview process is pretty much the same. The interview process takes the initial face to face process and once selected you go to the second part of the interview process which is the on-boarding paperwork and picture process.
