The annual “raise” is a joke! The $0.55 we get yearly doesn’t even cover the cost of living increase. WFH is known to pay lower wages and it’s sad. They are above capacity, short staffed and employees are overworked. They should really consider their compensation, we deserve it.
I worked an average of 8 hours a day, some weekends and was on a rotating call schedule.
