Registered Nurse (Current Employee) –  LaGrange, GAMarch 15, 2014
Being a new grad RN at west georgia health was my first nursing job and I learned a lot. The staffing on night shift though just has made me intent on finding a better job that will treat its night shift staff better.
Cons
staffing on night shift

con list outweighed the pro list
RN, BSN (Former Employee) –  LaGrange, GAFebruary 15, 2018
There were five reasons I left this facility.
1. no assigned holidays so there wasn't any accountability between staff to make working holidays fair
2. Floating nurses to areas they aren't comfortable with (ie. making a nursery nurse sit with a psych patient in the ED)
3. Micromanagement with scheduling and other odd ball rules
4. made felt guilty for having to call out when ill or taking vacant days
5. Short staffing units to save a buck

Patient Access Interim Director (Former Employee) –  LaGrange, GAFebruary 7, 2018
ensured that your department had what it needed for the day. Work reports, get on daily calls with upper management. It is hospital and non stop. The work environment was pleasant.
