The West Retirement Plan has recently been closed to new entrants. Features of the 401(k) Plan include Immediate Eligibility, Auto-enrollment, a Company Match when participants make their own contributions and an annual Non-Elective Employer Contribution even if there are no participant contributions.

The Retiree Medical Access Plan was discontinued due to cost prohibitive premiums and low participation. West continues to monitor the availability and affordability of the national healthcare exchanges and may consider a change in this decision prospectively.
