I really can't say. It was an awesome place to work.
High stress, low pay, management could care less about their employees. The place is like a giant high school, there's gossip and drama and everyone is always in everyone else's business. Don't think you're making friends there because the first chance that they get you'll be under the bus. No one has anything nice to say about anyone behind their back.
Paid Time Off
10 days for the first 5 year, and then ups to 15, I think.
Listen to employees
Stop expanding before making sure current locations have everything they need.
Better tooling situation
More realistic delivery times
Sick leave policy was actually pretty decent, you get a certain amount of hours every time you get paid and it adds up but you can use it anytime.
From the time I got an interview to starting the job was only a few days.
